Stitch fix #3

So here we go again my stitch fix came. It's like getting a little box of excitement. This was my 3 rd box. if you haven't read my other posts. If your interested in stitch fix you can sign up here.Stitch fix info
So you pay a 20.00 styling fee and fill out a style profile quiz . Then you receive 5 items in your box. Keep what you want and send back the rest in a prepaid package.
Let me tell you I was skeptical. My stylist they picked for me has been really good. She sending me pieces that really have been my personality and style.

This month was the first box I was like a little tiny bit disappointed in. It is kinda a double edge sword I loved the box but didn't like it as well.  I really like the pieces she picked but the just weren't exactly me or didn't fit right. Probably because my 1st and 2nd box were so dead on. This one beings little off was a tiny bit of a let down.

So what did I get this month. I paired the prices
I received a clutch $38 , A pair of jeans $88,  a dress $78, a cute scalloped top $44. and a faux leather Moto jacket $74. 5 pieces total. With the 25 % discount and 20.00 style fee rebursement My total would be 221.50 for everything. Which you could make a somewhat cheaper depending on your budget. I have my account set up to receive mid priced pieces. Plus you don't have to keep everything only what you want. So read below to find out what I received and what I sent back.

See my photos below.

Leave a msg here or on Instagram imlovingthis_too.  if you have any questions. Or I can send you a email with a direct link.
I know you'll say I'm loving this too.

I really loved the style of this dress and the cut look great on me, but the print was So not me. I so wish it was just one solid color I would of kept it. My husband didn't like the print either.

The Moto jacket was really cute but it felt cheap. Just being honest. But I sent it back because it just didn't fit right I am way too petite and it was way too big on me. (See the arms) too long.

These jeans. They fit ok. I'm only 5"1 1/2 if that. I usually only wear skinny jeans or straight leg so I don't have to have them taken up. These were way to long boot cut even though they were petite. Yes stitch fit sells petite and tall sizes. So I sent them back too.

I actually really liked this faux snake embossed clutch. The only reason I didn't keep it is because I rarely get date nights. No babysitters. I'm sure you can relate moms. So it would sit in my closet more than I would get to carry it. For geez sake I return a Chanel clutch the hubby bought me last year for the same reason I know I'm cray cray.

This is what I kept this cute scalloped edge top with adorable back. I thought it would be cute with jeans or shorts.

So i used my 20 dollar style credit. It cost me 27.00 dollars total this month because this is all kept. Not bad right! Tell me what you think?

  1. Hey Danielle! Thanks for these blog posts. Keep them coming! You and I are the same size, so this really helps me see what I should request. I just wrapped up my second fix, and had a very similar experience. I really need petite sizes so things aren't too long/big. I was sent a skirt & a flowy shirt, both went back because together it looked like I was wearing a snuggie. Is the black top you kept a petite size?
